Purchase

When making your purchase an email will be sent to you and it will inform you about the availability of the garment. If it is in stock it will be sent from two to three business days. If the garment is not in stock then it has to get done for you. There will be a waiting time that will take from two to three weeks from the date of your purchase so it can be sent. Our sewing studio is small just as our productions are. In other hand we assume the responsibility of not having overproduction, that is the reason why we rather making a limited amount of garments.

 

Shipping

Shipments within Mexico are by DHL with a cost of $150 pesos, purchases over $2,000 pesos are free shipping only in Mexican Republic.

Shipments to the USA and Canada are by DHL with a cost of 37 USD.

For shipments to other parts of the world please send us an email to info@siruelaropadeautor.com to know the price.

If the package is returned to us for not finding the address or for any circumstance, the cost for new forwarding is borne by the buyer.

We are not responsible for the handing of parcels to the packages, not for delays, thefts and misses, all this is not in our hands.

Any tax or tariff that could be generated at the border is the responsibility of the buyer.

 

Changes/defects

If you want to make a change of size or model, you can do it within the first 5 days after receiving the product, the package costs are the responsibility of the buyer. You can change the model for the same amount or for a larger amount by paying the difference.

We do not refund or refund money under any circumstances.

Returned items must be in perfect condition, must be new as they were sent, labels in place and uncut, not being used, washed, smelling of perfumes, deodorants, detergent. If the established criteria are not met, the change will not proceed and you will choose if the item is returned by paying the shipping or keeping it if you do not pay the parcel costs.

If the garment has a defect, take a photo of the defect and send it to the address info@siruelaropadeautor.com and we will tell you what to do to proceed with you change.

We will accept as defects, items that are totally new, without having been used. We are not responsible for items that have already been used and/ or washed and have any defects after use.

If the garment is dyed by hand, variations of tones are not accepted as default.

Garment changes are subject to the availability of fabric colors. Please ask us before.

For any return, parcel costs are the responsibility of the buyer.

For items with discount no changes or refunds apply.

Returns are not accepted without prior authorization.

Fabric colors may vary by screen resolution.

 

Cancellations

Once payment is made, cancellations are not accepted.

 

Garment care

For better care of your garment, it is very important that it be washed by hand, with neutral or biodegradable soaps, dried hanging on a hook in the shade and with this you will not need to use the iron.

Cotton voile garments must be washed by hand and not scrubbed by the delicacy of the fabric.

Hand- dyed garments should be hand washed with cold water without scrubbing and dried in the shade.
